About Sequoia Meadow

Built in 1950, Sequoia Meadow is one of Eichler's earliest tracts and among the most historically significant — the original 63 homes on Ivy Lane, Channing Avenue, Greer Road, and Wildwood Lane are on the National Register of Historic Places. Eichler also built Edgewood Plaza nearby, the only shopping center he ever developed. The later Edgewood homes (1955–56) are not on the Register.
